What is limiting your ability to achieve your dreams: You yourself.

Your self-belief determines your ability to achieve your dreams

There is a Law of Limiting Beliefs.

You may have a self belief that you will not or cannot achieve your dreams.

If that is your belief—you will not achieve your dreams.

The question you must analyse is: Why do you not have the confidence in my own abilities to achieve my dreams? Why am I  limiting myself with my beliefs?

Limiting beliefs are beliefs like:

  • I cannot do it…..
  • I do not have the abilities/skills to………
  • I am not as good as……
  • I am not good enough.
  • I will not be able to do it…….
  • I must not try because I will fail…….
  • Others can do it, they are better than I am…….
  • Others will do it because they are……..
  • Others are more talented/skilled/trained/privileged……..
  • I am disadvantaged………………

Why do you have these limiting beliefs?

You must first determine what limiting beliefs you do have and then it will be easier to find the cause of those beliefs.

It may be due to:

  • Bad experiences you had…
  • The influence of other people; your parents/your community/your friends/your relatives…….
  • Fear you have for…….
  • You are plain lazy and are using it as an excuse not to act.

There are many ways to overcome these limiting beliefs. The biggest problem is that many people do not realize that their beliefs are the limiting factor why they are not or will achieve their dreams.

Make sure that you do not have limiting beliefs.

Take action to control your beliefs and you can achieve your dreams.
